How close are family ties that bind,
Each other to our hearts;
How special are the memories,
For which we are a part.
'Tis not a care that we may drift
Upon the many miles;
For ever we are always near,
And closer all the while.
For time cannot erase the ties,
Nor distance break the bond;
As always we are family,
And through this we are strong.
In times of tribulation,
Trials heavy on our minds;
There is no greater gift bestowed
Than family ties that bind.
